Fast Estimating LLC provides construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimating from plans supplied by contractors, builders, remodelers, subcontractors, developers, and public-sector project clients. We do not perform physical construction work.

Estimate from the documents you provide
Each request starts with drawings and contact details. Use the optional message or follow-up to add project context. Scope, assumptions, fee, and delivery timing are confirmed after the drawings are reviewed.
Depending on the agreed service, a deliverable may include quantity takeoffs, material and labor cost detail, trade/division totals, a complete project estimate, and marked-up plans.

What we provide
Estimating services—not construction
Fast Estimating analyzes plans and prepares estimating documents. The business does not build, install, or perform onsite construction work.
Excel, PDF, and marked-up drawing files are made available through the authenticated client portal when they are part of the agreed scope and have been uploaded to the client record.

Measure the requested work and organize material quantities and labor assumptions for the confirmed scope.
Prepare Your Estimate
Build the agreed trade or project cost estimate and prepare the confirmed deliverable files.
Quality Review
Check the calculations, drawing references, and recorded assumptions against the submitted documents.
Receive Your Estimate
Completed estimate files appear in the client portal after they have been reviewed and uploaded to your project record.
