Fast Estimating prepares construction quantity takeoffs and cost-estimating deliverables from drawings you provide. The company does not perform physical construction work.
Residential, commercial, new construction, renovation, remodeling, additions, repairs, government/public-sector work, and complete multi-trade projects.
PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, and supported drawing formats are accepted, with up to 10 files per request. The form reports each upload as complete only after it is verified. A valid Dropbox shared link is also accepted.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after the scope and drawings are confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on project size and detail; the final turnaround is confirmed after the drawings are reviewed.
Uploaded drawings are encrypted before storage. The Blob provider ACL is public, so stored objects are ciphertext. An authenticated route checks project permissions before issuing a short-lived download URL and per-file key; the browser verifies and decrypts the file. See the Privacy Policy for details.
A client portal invoice may offer an online payment option after the estimate scope and fee are confirmed. Online payments are only available when the business has configured its payment provider; submitting a request does not charge you.
When a completed file is uploaded to your client record, it appears in the authenticated portal with a download link. The portal does not display sample or placeholder estimates as completed work.
Yes. You can submit a valid Dropbox shared link with your estimate request. The link is stored with the inquiry; Fast Estimating does not connect to Dropbox or copy files through a Dropbox API.
